August 1st ComputerSearch completed the acquisition of Victor Liberator Time Systems (VLTS). Founded in 1956 as a time clock company, VLTS is the area’s leading time and labor management solutions company. They also provide solutions around parking control, building access, and employee photo ID. They’re currently located at 40 Gardenville Parkway in West Seneca but will be moving to our Amherst location within the next 60 days.
This acquisition is strategic to the continued growth of ComputerSearch and the services we offer you, our valued customer. We’ve partnered with VLTS for many years yet this acquisition will allow us to better integrate our payroll offering with their time and labor solutions all from a single service provider.
Victor Liberator Time Systems will continue to operate under the same name as a division of ComputerSearch Corporation. We now have 3 distinct divisions under the ComputerSearch umbrella: ComputerSearch Payroll Services, CS Benefits, and Victor Liberator Time Systems.
